Your playing stays yours
Whistle Deck is designed to be useful without an account or a connection. Your tune library is kept on your device first.
Microphone and tuner
The tuner analyses live microphone input on your device to show pitch and intonation. Audio is not recorded, uploaded, or sent to Whistle Deck for analysis.
Tunes and settings
Tunes, display preferences, and the local library summary are stored in browser storage on the device you use. Clearing browser or site storage can remove that local copy.
Accounts and sync
When account and sync features are available and you choose to use them, the information needed to identify your account and synchronise your tunes is sent to the Whistle Deck service. The app remains readable offline; a connection is for synchronising changes, not for listening to audio.

This statement describes the current application behaviour. Deployment-specific contact, retention, and legal details must be supplied by the service operator before public launch.
