Whistle Deck is a music-learning tool. Use it to read, practise, and organise tunes while respecting the rights attached to the music you add.

Your tunes

Only add, share, or synchronise music you have the right to use. Source information and rights labels travel with a tune so that a library can keep its provenance clear.

Your device and backups

The local library is stored in your browser. Keep your own backup of material that matters to you; browser storage may be cleared by device, browser, or account changes.

Music guidance

Pitch, fingering, and practice feedback are learning aids. They are not a substitute for your own judgment, a teacher, or care for your hearing.

Before public launch

The service operator must add its legal identity, contact route, jurisdiction, and the final account/deletion terms before publishing these terms to the public.
